Appointment and qualifications of State analyst
189 Appointment and qualifications of State analyst
(1) The chief executive
may appoint any of the following persons as a State analyst— (a) a health
service employee;
(b) a public service employee;
(c) other persons
prescribed by regulation.
(2) However, the chief executive may appoint a
person as a State analyst only if the chief executive is satisfied the person
is appropriately qualified.
