MEDICINES AND POISONS ACT 2019 - SECT 190
Appointment conditions of State analyst
190 Appointment conditions of State analyst
(1) A State analyst holds office
on any conditions stated in— (a) the State analyst’s instrument of
appointment; or
(b) a signed notice given to the State analyst; or
(c) a
regulation.
(2) In this section—
"signed notice" means a notice signed by the chief executive.
