In this part—
(a) a person who is, or was, the chief executive; or
(b) a person who is, or was, involved in the administration or enforcement of this Act, including, for example, a health service employee or public service employee.
(a) means the following information that has become known to an administrator in the course of performing the administrator’s functions under this Act—(i) personal information;(ii) information that would be likely to damage the commercial activities of a person to whom the information relates; but
(b) does not include criminal history information or information that is lawfully available to the public.
