MEDICINES AND POISONS ACT 2019 - SECT 278
Inspectors
278 Inspectors
(1) This section applies to a person who held office as an
inspector under the Health Act or Pest Management Act immediately before the
commencement.
(2) The person is taken to hold office as an inspector under
this Act on the conditions, if any, stated in the person’s instrument of
appointment.
(3) This section stops applying to the person on the day that is
6 months after the commencement.
