A person carries out a regulated activity with a regulated substance in the
"authorised way" if—
(a) the person is authorised under section 54 (4) , 57 or 62 to carry out the regulated activity with the regulated substance; and
(b) the person complies with the requirements prescribed for the person under section 91 (1) for carrying out the regulated activity with the regulated substance; and
(c) the person complies with any substance management plan that applies to the person.Note—Chapter 4 , part 2 provides for substance management plans to be made for regulated places about dealings with regulated substances at the places.
