MEDICINES AND POISONS ACT 2019 - SECT 36

36 Offence to administer medicines

A person must not administer a medicine to someone else or an animal unless the person—

(a) administers the medicine in the authorised way; or

(b) has a reasonable excuse.

Penalty—

Maximum penalty—200 penalty units.
