75 Requirements for making initial application

An application for a substance authority (an
"initial application" ) must—

(a) be made to the chief executive; and

(b) be in the approved form; and

(c) be accompanied by the fee prescribed by regulation; and

(d) if the application is for a pest management licence—be made by an individual of at least 17 years.
