MINES LEGISLATION (STREAMLINING) AMENDMENT ACT 2012 No. 20 - SECT 106
106 Amendment of s 419A (Notice to chief inspector before construction starts)
Section 419A—
insert—
'(5) This section does not apply to the holder of
a pipeline licence if the pipeline to be constructed is for transporting
produced water.'.
