MINES LEGISLATION (STREAMLINING) AMENDMENT ACT 2012 No. 20 - SECT 115
115 Amendment of s 672 (What is a stage of an operating plant)
Section 672(2)—
insert—
'(c) the work is the process called 'rigging up
and down' of a drill rig and any associated plant or equipment required for
the operation of the rig.'.
