133 Amendment of s 351 (Joint holders of a geothermal tenure)
Section 351(2)(a)—
omit, insert—
'(a) an application is made for a
geothermal tenure, or for approval of an assessable transfer relating to a
geothermal tenure, for more than 1 proposed holder or transferee; and'.
