147 Amendment of s 370 (Joint holders of a GHG authority)
Section 370(2)(a)—
omit, insert—
'(a) an application is made for a GHG
authority, or for approval of an assessable transfer relating to a GHG
authority, for more than 1 proposed holder or transferee; and'.
