162 Amendment of s 81 (Conditions of mining claim)

(1) Section 81(1)(b)—

omit.

(2) Section 81(1)(c) to (o)—

renumber as section 81(1)(b) to (n).

(3) Section 81(5), 'subsection (1)(e), (g)(ii) and (l)'—

omit, insert—

'subsection (1)(d), (f)(ii) and (k)'.
