(1) Section 299, 'Governor in Council'—

omit, insert—

'Minister'.

(2) Section 299(8), from 'The provisions' to 'and 275'—

omit, insert—

'Sections 232, 240, 241, 243, 245, 251 to 253, 260, 265, 266, 268, 269, 271 to 272, 274 and 275'.
