265 Amendment of s 30A (Joint holders of a petroleum authority)
Section 30A(2)(a)—
omit, insert—
'(a) an application is made for a
petroleum authority, or for approval of an assessable transfer relating to a
petroleum authority, for more than 1 proposed holder or transferee; and'.
