97 Amendment of s 180 (Key authorised activities)
Section 180(3)—
insert—
'Note—
Also, the carrying out of particular
activities on particular land in a data acquisition authority's area may not
be authorised following the taking of the land under a resumption law. See
section 30AB.'.
