81 Amendment of s 218 (How to start appeal)

(1) Section 218 (1) (b) —
insert —

(ia) if the appeal is against the chief executive’s decision—the chief executive; or

(2) Section 218 (1) (b) (ia) and (ii)—
renumber as section 218 (1) (b) (ii) and (iii) .
