119 Amendment of s 10A (Limitation on registration of parentage details)

Section 10A (2) , definition relevant event , paragraph (c) —
omit, insert—

(c) the child’s change of parentage under—
(i) a parentage order or discharge order; or
(ii) a cultural recognition order or the discharge of a cultural recognition order under the Meriba Omasker Kaziw Kazipa (Torres Strait Islander Traditional Child Rearing Practice) Act 2020 .
