121 Amendment of s 15 (Change of name by registration)

Section 15 (5) —
omit, insert—

(5) Also—

(a) changes to a person’s name under a parentage order or discharge order are not dealt with under this part but under sections 41D and 41E; and

(b) changes to a person’s name under a cultural recognition order or the discharge of a cultural recognition order are not dealt with under this part but under sections 41DA and 41DB.
