144 Amendment of s 78 (Cancelling parental leave)

(1) Section 78 (1) —
insert—

(e) a cultural recognition order transferring the parentage of a child to the employee is not made.

(2) Section 78 (2) —
insert—

(e) a cultural recognition order transferring the parentage of a child to the employee is discharged.
