Queensland Numbered Acts Queensland Numbered Acts(1) A management plan for a marine park in force under the repealed Act immediately before the commencement of this section continues in force.
(2) The plan is taken to be approved under section 29.28
(3) The plan--
(a) is to be read with the changes necessary to make it consistent with, and adapt its operation to, this Act; and
(b) may be amended or repealed under this Act.
