(1) The Governor in Council may, by gazette notice, approve an amendment of a management plan if the amendment has been prepared under sections 35 to 37.
(2) The gazette notice is not subordinate legislation.
(3) However, the Statutory Instruments Act 1992, sections 49 to 51 apply to the notice as if it were subordinate legislation.
Note--
These provisions deal with the tabling in, and disallowance by, the Legislative Assembly of subordinate legislation.
(4) When the notice is tabled as required under the Statutory Instruments Act 1992, section 49, a copy of the amendment and any document applied, adopted or incorporated by the amendment must also be tabled.
