MARINE PARKS ACT 2004 No. 31 - SECT 58

58 Return of identity card

An individual who ceases to be an inspector must return the individual's identity card to the chief executive within 21 days after ceasing to be an inspector, unless the individual has a reasonable excuse.

Maximum penalty--50 penalty units.
