MINERAL RESOURCES AND OTHER LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2005 No. 8 - SECT 47
47 Amendment of s 39 (Permitted dealings with transferred land)
Section 39(2)--
insert--
'(e) enter into a conservation agreement under the
Nature Conservation Act 1992, section 45, in relation to the land.'.
