55 Amendment of s 3 (Definitions)

(1) Section 3--

insert--

'deputy mining registrar see section 8(1).'.

(2) Section 3, definition authorised officer--

insert--

'(ba) a deputy mining registrar; or'.

(3) Section 3 definition issuing officer--

insert--

'(ba) a deputy mining registrar; or'.
