NEIGHBOURHOOD DISPUTES RESOLUTION ACT 2011 No. 25 - SECT 102

'(1) In a document under this Act, a reference to the repealed Dividing Fences Act 1953 may, if the context permits, be taken to be a reference to the Neighbourhood Disputes Resolution Act 2011.

'(2) Subsection (1) applies subject to the Neighbourhood Disputes Resolution Act 2011, section 98.'.
