Information to be included in commission’s annual report
104 Information to be included in commission’s annual report
(1) The commission’s annual report under the
Financial Accountability Act 2009 for a financial year must include— (a) a
report dealing with all significant aspects of the operation of the scheme;
and
(b) information about the cost of administering the scheme for the
financial year.
(2) This section does not limit— (a) the Insurance Act,
section 19(2) ; or
(b) the Financial Accountability Act 2009 , section 63.
