111 Request for decision notice

(1) A person who has not been given, but is entitled to be given, a decision notice for an internal review decision may ask the agency for a decision notice for the decision.

(2) The failure by the agency to give a person a decision notice for an internal review decision does not limit or otherwise affect the person’s right to apply for an external review of the decision under section .
