130 Information to be given to the commission

The agency must give the commission information that is relevant to the performance of the commission’s functions under section (1), if—

(a) the information is prescribed by regulation; or

(b) the commission, by notice to the agency, asks for the information; or

(c) the commission and the agency agree that the agency must give the information to the commission.
