Offences against this Act
134 Offences against this Act
(1) An offence against this Act is a summary offence.
(2) A proceeding for
the offence must start within— (a) 1 year after the commission of the
offence; or
(b) 6 months after the offence comes to the complainant’s
knowledge, but within 2 years after the commission of the offence.
