Conditions of appointment
83 Conditions of appointment
(1) For matters not provided for under this Act or stated in the chief
executive officer’s contract of employment, the chief executive officer
holds office on the terms of appointment decided by the board.
(2) The chief
executive officer is appointed under this Act and not the Public Service Act
2008 .
