85 Application of financial Acts
(1) The agency is— (a) a statutory body under the
Financial Accountability Act 2009 ; and
(b) a statutory body under the
Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements Act 1982 .
(2) The
Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements Act 1982, part 2B sets out the way in
which the agency’s powers under this Act are affected by the
Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements Act 1982 .
