Transfer of funds from the nominal defendant fund
95 Transfer of funds from the nominal defendant fund
(1) The Treasurer may transfer an amount decided by the Treasurer from the
nominal defendant fund under the Insurance Act to the fund.
(2) This section
applies despite the Insurance Act, section 29(3) .
