(1) Section 79(1), (3) and (4), 'person'--

omit, insert--

'landowner'.

(2) Section 79(2)--

omit, insert--

'(2) The request must--

(a) be in writing; and

(b) state the reason for the request; and

(c) state the period of extension requested.'.

(3) Section 79(3)(a)(i), 'and'--

omit, insert--

'or'.

(4) Section 79(3)(a)(ii) , after 'it is'--

insert--

'otherwise'.

(5) Section 79(4), after 'period,'--

insert--

'or to extend the period other than as requested under subsection (2)(c),'.
