PLANNING ACT 2016 - SECT 13
Repealing State planning instruments
(1) The Minister may repeal a State planning instrument by— (a) making
another State planning instrument that specifically repeals the instrument; or
(b) publishing a public notice that states— (i) the name of the
State planning instrument; and
(ii) if the State planning instrument has
effect only in a part of the State—the name, or a description, of the part
of the State; and
(iii) that the State planning instrument is repealed.
(2)
The Minister must give a copy of the public notice to each affected local
government.
