Exercise of discretion unaffected by infrastructure agreement
155 Exercise of discretion unaffected by infrastructure agreement
An infrastructure agreement is not invalid merely because its fulfilment
depends on the exercise of a discretion by a public sector entity about an
existing or future development application.
