245 Further material for tribunal proceedings

(1) The registrar may, at any time, ask a person to give the registrar any information that the registrar reasonably requires for the proceedings.
Examples of information that the registrar may require—
• material about the proceedings (plans, for example)
• information to help the chief executive decide whether to excuse noncompliance under section 242
• for a deemed refusal—a statement of the reasons why the entity responsible for deciding the application had not decided the application during the period for deciding the application.
(2) The person must give the information to the registrar within 10 business days after the registrar asks for the information.
