PLANNING ACT 2016 - SECT 291B
Amending State planning instrument consistent with Act
(1) This section applies to a proposed amendment to a
State planning instrument, if the Minister is satisfied the amendment— (a)
is consistent with this Act; and
(b) does not substantially change the effect
of the instrument.
(2) The Minister may make the amendment under section 11
as if the amendment were a minor amendment.
(3) Section 9(3) applies to the
amendment.
