PLANNING ACT 2016 - SECT 320
Transitional regulation-making power
(1) The Governor in Council may make a regulation (a
"transitional regulation" ) providing for anything that is necessary to enable
or facilitate the transition from the old Act to this Act and the P&E Court
Act.
(2) A transitional regulation may have retrospective operation to a time
that is no earlier than when the old Act was repealed.
(3) A
transitional regulation must declare it is a transitional regulation.
(4)
This section and any transitional regulation stop having effect 5 years after
the old Act was repealed.
