Appointment of assistant commissioner
100 Appointment of assistant commissioner
(1) There is an assistant commissioner for this Act.
(2) The assistant
commissioner is— (a) appointed by the commissioner; and
(b) employed under
the Queensland Building and Construction Commission Act 1991 , section 29F .
