Conditions of appointment
113 Conditions of appointment
(1) A member or deputy member is to be paid the remuneration and allowances
decided by the Governor in Council.
(2) For matters not provided for by this
Act, a member or deputy member holds office on the conditions decided by the
Governor in Council.
