Queensland Numbered Acts Queensland Numbered ActsA regulation may prescribe the types of greywater use facilities a local government must monitor in its local government area to ensure each of the facilities—
(a) is operated in compliance with the permit for the installation of the facility and any conditions of the permit; and
(b) is not adversely affecting—(i) public health or safety; or(ii) the environment.
