140 Functions of inspectors

An inspector’s functions are to conduct investigations and inspections for monitoring and enforcing compliance with this Act and the following Acts in relation to plumbing or drainage on premises—

(a) the City of Brisbane Act 2010 ;

(b) the Local Government Act 2009 ;

(c) the Planning Act 2016 .
