PLUMBING AND DRAINAGE ACT 2018 - SECT 159
Members of council
159 Members of council
(1) Subsection (2) applies to a person who, immediately before the
commencement, was a member, deputy member or temporary member of the council
under the repealed Act.
(2) The person continues as a member, deputy member
or temporary member of the council under this Act.
(3) Subsection (4)
applies to a person who, immediately before the commencement, was the
chairperson or deputy chairperson of the council under the repealed Act.
(4)
The person continues as the chairperson or deputy chairperson of the council
under this Act.
