Compliance requests for compliance assessment of plan for plumbing or drainage work
165 Compliance requests for compliance assessment of plan for plumbing or
drainage work
(1) This section applies if— (a) a compliance request for compliance
assessment of a plan for plumbing or drainage work was made under the repealed
Act, part 4 , division 3 ; and
(b) the request was not decided before the
commencement.
(2) The compliance request must be decided under the repealed
Act as if this Act had not been enacted.
