Applications for chief executive approval
168 Applications for chief executive approval
(1) This section applies if— (a) an application was made under the repealed
Act for a chief executive approval; and
(b) the application was not decided
or withdrawn before the commencement.
(2) The application must be decided
under the repealed Act as if this Act had not been enacted.
