PLUMBING AND DRAINAGE ACT 2018 - SECT 170
Inspectors
170 Inspectors
(1) A person who, immediately before the commencement, was an inspector under
the repealed Act is an inspector under this Act without the need for a new
appointment under section 139 (1) .
(2) An appointment mentioned in
subsection (1) is subject to this Act, including, for example, when the
appointment ends.
