(1) This section applies if an Act or document refers to— (a) the repealed
Act; or
(b) the Plumbing and Drainage Regulation 2003 ; or
(c) the Standard
Plumbing and Drainage Regulation 2003 .
(2) The reference may, if the context
permits, be taken to be a reference to this Act.
