28 Application for endorsement

An application for an endorsement to be made on a licence must—

(a) be made to the commissioner; and

(b) be in the approved form; and

(c) be accompanied by—

(i) evidence of the applicant’s qualifications and practical experience; and

(ii) the fee prescribed by regulation.
