PLUMBING AND DRAINAGE ACT 2018 - SECT 61
Limits on provisional licensees
61 Limits on provisional licensees
(1) A provisional licensee must not carry out plumbing or drainage work under
the licensee’s provisional licence unless supervised by a person who holds a
licence to carry out the work. Penalty— Maximum penalty—100 penalty
units.
(2) This section does not apply to plumbing or drainage work that is
work mentioned in section 58 (1) (a) , (d) or (e) .
