False advertising or misleading representation of particular things
86 False advertising or misleading representation of particular things
A person must not advertise a thing as, or make a representation that a thing
is, a thing mentioned in section 65 (1) (a) , (c) , (d) , (e) or (f) if it is
not.
Penalty— Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
